Einiosaurus -decribed by Sampson, 1995 (Dodson, 1996). It is sometimes referred to as the floppy, or droopy horned taxon; Einiosaurus procurvicornis means " forward-curved horn buffalo reptile" (Dodson, 1996). This specimen has two spikes projecting from its frill, low rounded brow-horns, and (as its name implies) a narrow hooked nose horn. It is from north-central Montana and closely resembles Styracosaurus, only with a simpler frill (Dodson, 1996). |
