Brain Coral

Diploria strigosa:

Smooth Brain Coral. Small to massive hemispherical heads,with meanders single (ridges separating "valleys" not obviously double). Yellow-brown in colour. Very common on reefs and rocky areas. This is the dominant reef building coral in Bermuda.
